I signed two of my Birmingham based service accommodation properties up to UW via Dave Goodman at the end of last year. I had tenants in there racking up expensive bills which I could not understand how. I was paying circa £350 per month per flat for electricity alone; so as a result Dave did everything he could to identify the issue; get smart meters installed so we can track the usage and then build any excess costs into the AIRBNB contract accordingly as it is now easily monitored. Thank you Dave for taking the stress; hard work and pain out of it all. 5 star service which I didn’t expect from an electricity provider like yourself. Amazing!

My parents are elderly, and both have irreversible health issues, in an attempt to help them with their household bill payments I asked Dave to see visit my parents to see if there were any potential savings by using UW and centralising their payments.

 Dave attended my parents’ home and immediately made them feel at ease, he fully explained the process and answered all questions in a clear and concise manner. Unfortunately, due to the Easter break my parents main phone line did not get transferred as quick as Dave would have wished, but this did not stop him from attending my parents’ house again on Easter Monday to help transfer data, information and assist with the smooth transition to UW.

 My parents now have their broadband, telephone, mobile, gas and electric with UW, they have saved circa £400 per year and now have a single bill for all of these services, of which makes it so much easier to organise the payments.

 Dave’s level of support and customer service was incredible he definitely went that extra mile.

David Goodman from Clever Little Pig has recently achieved great savings for my utilities, broadband and mobile phone services not only at my home but also another property which I own. The process was seamless and completed in a little over 30 minutes. He was “top draw” making hundreds of pounds in annual savings, has simplified everything for me and his service delivery is second to none.

After many years of not checking my utility and insurance providers, I had a good chat with Dave to see where savings could be made.

The first saving was with my mobile where my monthly bill went down by £30 per month with unlimited Data, Minutes and texts.

David also reviewed my utility bills and whilst he advised me that I was already on a good tariff in changing to UW, I saved a further £150 per year,

Dave also compared to Gas and Electric services/break down plan and in changing to UW the saving is a massive £600 per year and it also provided additional cover.

In total, I have saved a massive £1,110.00 a year which I will put away for future travels.

I’d like to give a big shout out to Dave Goodman from Utility Warehouse. I’d heard from various colleagues that Dave had helped them save money on their bills and made things simpler too. Living in a flat I didn’t think it would make much difference but I sent over my bills and Dave came back with a quick, clear and concise analysis letting me know how much we would save by changing to Utility Warehouse. The interesting thing was that quite a chunk of the savings came from negotiating on my behalf with Sky for a netter TV package. In the end I saved just under £800 over an eighteen month contract period. 

I was a bit hesitant about changing everything over but it all happened smoothly. Dave was always on hand if there was a query. 

I was concerned that it would be like a lot of companies that give a great deal until the initial contract runs out. Nothing like that here! Dave reminded me to renew my fixed term energy and I am delighted to say that even though I am now out of my initial contracts the prices have not gone up at all. 

Overall I am delighted with the service and savings and recommend that you give Dave a try too.

As part of the amazing cost saving deal with Utility Warehouse they offer to fit a Smart meter in your home. We took them up on the offer about a month ago. We were booked efficiently and the technician arrived on time and worked quickly. It was fitted in no time at all.

After fitting the shock was that we were using up to £6 or more per day on electricity. We would not have known this but for Utility Warehouse. The culprit was an old computer that was burning up £3 per day on it’s own. This has now been replaced and our bills are back to normal thanks to Dave and his team.

I was delighted with the service I received from UW’s renewable light bulb team. I think it is a clever and innovative scheme and I am sure it will save me money. I certainly have a lot of lamps in my house which I am sure previously cost me a lot of money. The two chaps were efficient and the task was completed rapidly and without fuss.

The lightbulb scheme was organised by David Goodman together with my total switch over to UW which was seamless and everything is continuing to work effortlessly. I have also had a new small boiler replaced for the heating in my Garden Room so I am very pleased with the service provided by David Goodman. He has been extremely helpful with everything.

RJM Partners had been experiencing email and wireless printer issues for a number of months, another IT company had attempted to resolve this issue, unfortunately when they left my office I could only print from my laptop if my other PC was switched on!
I contacted Dave Goodman asking for his assistance, he attended my office to investigate these issues, upon identifying the problems and prior to any work commencing, he explained exactly what the issues were, and what action would be required to remedy these issues. 
An hour or so later the problems had been resolved, Dave was thorough and professional I would have no hesitation in recommending KewDos for any IT / PC issues.

I recently handed one of my business laptops over to David since I had been struggling with poor performance and very clunky operations due to my system freezing up. This laptop is very important to me since it has many business critical applications that we use to control people’s home. 
Dave was able to identify what was causing the issue, a windows service update that hadn’t completed. He remedied this problem and then went on to clear my laptop of lots of programs that I didn’t need and would slow my computer down.
Dave was able to do all of this within 24 hours meaning that I was able to get straight back to using the laptop as it should in my client’s home a couple of days ago.
I’d highly recommend using Dave to clean out any laptops or PCs that are running slow and will listen out to any friends who are complaining about slow running computers.

One of my tenants had opened an account with the Utility Warehouse but had not made me aware of this. The tenant then vacated the property and the Utility Bills reverted to my name. I received notification from the Utility Warehouse that I owed them money for Utility usage , but I had know idea why or for what property. I had a meeting arranged with Dave on an unrelated issue an hour or so after I received the initial payment request from the Utility Warehouse. I told Dave about this issue when I met him, as it was on my mind. Dave insisted that he dealt with it there and then. Within minutes he was on the phone to his colleagues at The Utility Warehouse and ten minutes later the matter I was made aware of what the payment was in respect of the matter was then sorted and closed. Dave went the extra mile to address this situation with the minimum of fuss. He is a true professional and gives exceptional Customer Service. I would not fail to recommend him. He is also a very nice guy !

  I just want to say how grateful I am for the time and effort you have put in to sort my life out.
  As I told you, I am not a girl (woman!) of the 21st century and had a wonderful husband who was an accountant; tragically now deceased. As a result, I never had to do things financial nor technical and as the years have ticked by I've become increasingly frustrated about any such matters. To have some of these organised by yourself is wonderful in that I do not need to try and research power nor phone bills and leave it to Utility Warehouse and in your hands! YAY! I love Dave! Dave Goodman is a star. He came out especially to sort my broadband connection issues, and let's hope UWH will compensate me for poor service to date. Seriously speaking, Dave makes sure his customers save money on utility bills and are well looked after. I had Dave come around to have a look at my utility prices, to see if he could make any savings for me.

He went through my bills in detail, and looked at various options. As it turned out, on this occasion he couldn’t actually save me any money on my gas and electricity. However, he figured I was paying too much for my Virgin Media package, so he had me call them. Having been briefed on what to say (including mentioning that I had someone from Utility Warehouse sat with me), I easily got a discount applied to my account of £25/month.

Happy days, Dave clearly knows his stuff. Have him come around, you have nothing to lose! Highly recommended.

I have recently changed my electric, gas, home phone, mobile phone, Internet and TV to Utility Warehouse Club and all the work to change over was done by Dave.
Dave couldn't have gone more out of his way to be helpful make the changeover as painless as possible. His very courteous person and as he said to me "don't hesitate to call me if there are any problems to sort out- I always want happy customers".
He has been true to his word and I feel very comfortable that he will look after us going forward I happily recommend Dave to everyone.

Dave Goodman is a genuine, straight-up guy who knows his business and loves making or finding a good deal for you. I have known him for 15 years, and consider him a friend as well as a business colleague. If he can’t match your existing deal, he will tell you and wish you luck. Most recently he came to my house and offered a package that was £20 a month less than I was paying Virgin. Then he suggested I call Virgin to see if they could match it – and Virgin beat the new price by another £20, saving me around £500 a year! Dave went away content that he had helped save me money – and preserved our friendship! He is an trustworthy enthusiast with both energy and integrity.
